As a Social Media Manager at Cosmo Advisory Co, you will be the digital voice of our firm. Aligned with our philosophy of clarity and intelligence, this role moves beyond basic posting. You will be responsible for the daily management of four major platforms, utilizing high-level creative skills to drive trust-based growth and strategic positioning.
Following our 7:3 Ratio Rule, while your primary focus is Social Media Management, you will have the opportunity to apply secondary skills in research, automation, or strategy to enhance our market presence.
- Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Management: Daily operation and oversight of four primary social media platforms to ensure consistent and professional brand visibility.
Visual Storytelling: Design high-quality graphics and edit engaging video reels specifically tailored to resonate with a high-value client portfolio.
Strategic Engagement: Manage community interactions using data-driven insights, fostering long-term trust and strategic alignment.
Disciplined Execution: Adhere to the 7 & 8 Rule, maintaining high-impact contributions (weekly scores of 8–10) through focused execution and ethical growth tactics.

- Terms & Performance
- The 7 & 8 Rule: Weekly performance evaluations (1–10 scale). We support stable performers (7) and accelerate high-impact leaders (8–10).
- Compensation: Initial phase (6–8 months) features a stipend + performance bonuses/profit sharing, moving to a fixed salary structure post-evaluation.
- Integrity: Zero tolerance for office politics or low accountability.
